The Sports Performance Center (SPC) incorporates our newest fitness areas - both indoor and outdoor and features a different approach to increasing performance through a concept we call Dynamic Fitness™.
Dynamic Fitness™ is an integrated approach to training that incorporates strength training and cardio-vascular fitness providing a full body workout to enhance performance in a time-efficient program.
Our Dynamic Fitness™ offerings include Boot Camp and TRX® Suspension Training®. Both are small group training sessions open to both Members and non-members. We also offer an open gym time in our indoor SPC on Wednesday evenings which is free for Members.
