Pilates is a method of physical fitness that develops long, streamlined musculature and emphasizes deep abdominal or core strength. The method develops healthy postural patterns and increases overall strength and flexibility. It helps to create a strong mind/body connection, enhancing mental focus and increasing self esteem. It is an excellent system of exercise for all ages and abilities.
Pilates Class Schedule

Pilates I

A class for those comfortable with Pilates basics and ready for a more challenging routine.

Pilates II

This class moves more quickly through the traditional exercises and adds props for resistance.

Pilates Mixed Level

A class for those at either level I or II. Modifications are shown to enhance or reduce challenge. Props may be used.

You must complete the Essential Pilates series (see below) or have previous Pilates experience to take Pilates classes.

Essential Pilates Series

This series is recommended before taking Pilates classes. Essential Pilates can be substituted with 3-5 private sessions.
