Saturday Morning Get Fit with HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the latest addition to our Dynamic Fitness programming. A HIIT session consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by three to ten repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, and ending with a period of cool down exercise. This class will teach you basic lifts while accelerating you overall fitness goals with this revolutionary fitness concept. This class is open to all abilities and participants can move at their own pace, but be prepared to work.
