Group Exercise

Classes for Every Body

We believe that the Group Exercise program at First in Fitness is truly exceptional. It starts with our instructors who offer a diverse array of expertise and experience. We offer dozens of group exercise classes weekly and the widest variety of classes in the area - Including Zumba®, Spinning®, yoga, Pilates, toning, stretching, aerobics and aquatics classes. Our Montpelier Club has one group exercise studio. Our Berlin Club has two studios and the pool for aquatic classes. First in Fitness Members pay no additional fee for most Group Exercise classes. And members pay a reduced fee for specialty classes like Kick Boxing. Group exercise classes are open to non-members on a fee per class basis or by purchasing a 10 class punch card.
