Group Exercise

Classes for Every Body

We believe that the Group Exercise program at First in Fitness is truly exceptional. It starts with our instructors who offer a diverse array of expertise and experience. We offer dozens of group exercise classes weekly and the widest variety of classes in the area - Including Spinning®, yoga, Pilates, toning, stretching, aerobics and aquatics classes. We have two studios and the pool for aquatic classes. First in Fitness Members pay no additional fee for most Group Exercise classes. And members pay a reduced fee for specialty classes like Kick Boxing. Group exercise classes are open to non-members on a fee per class basis or by purchasing a 10 class punch card.
