Boot Camp is designed to help you lose weight and get in the best shape of your life. Boot Camp will help you to increase your strength, stamina and agility. Exercises use our Dynamic Fitness™ approach which emphasizes functional fitness movement. The majority of exercises are body weight exercises done for a specified length of time. Exercises may also include the use of medicine balls, kettle bells and dumbbells and other training equipment. All sessions include high intensity cardio exercise, core work and strength exercises. Exercise variations will be shown and exercises are adapted to the individual’s level of fitness.

Boot Camp is held outdoors when the weather permits or indoors in our Sports Performance Center. As with most of our extra values services these programs are open to Members and non-members. Purchase options include full series, single session or 10 session punch cards. Member discount applies.

Led by Chris Pickel, AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1, TRX group certified, USA Weightlifting L-1 certified, licensed Massage Therapist, and holds a degree in Allied Health from CCV.
