Orientation Session

As a new Member you will receive a one-hour orientation session with a Certified Personal Trainer. Your Personal Trainer will help familiarize you with the variety of exercise options available and make suggestions to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Basic Training Package

With the Basic Training Package you receive three one-hour sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. In the first session your Personal Trainer will help you to establish your fitness goals and determine what kind of exercise program is right for you. In the next two sessions your Personal Trainer will work with you to establish an initial fitness program. The Basic Training Package is offered to Members for just $99 (a $149 value). Limit one Basic Training Package per Member.

Fitness Assessment

A Fitness Assessment is an important tool to help in setting your goals and assessing your progress. Fitness Assessments are conducted by a Certified Personal Trainer. A Fitness Assessment includes evaluation of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and flexibility as well as weight and body measurements. You may choose to add an optional Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement. BMI will help you to know your proportion of lean muscle mass and fat. Fitness Assessments are offered to Members at a discounted rate..
